Sober October is a month off alcohol, and the hard part is rarely the alcohol. It is standing at a party with a can of soda while everyone else has something that looks like a drink. These three mocktails fix that. Each one is built on a bottle of Springs Culture, so the fizz, the tang and most of the flavor are already done before you start.
Each recipe makes one drink. Our bottles are 12 oz, so one bottle covers a drink plus a refill or two pours for two people.

Making These for a Crowd
Every one of these scales up in a pitcher. Mix the juice and any muddled fruit ahead of time, keep it cold, and add the kombucha right before guests arrive so it holds its fizz.
Where to Get the Kombucha
Pick up bottles from one of our retail partners around Colorado Springs, or skip the mixing and order Springs Culture straight from the tap at one of our tap partners.
