All Sales Are Final

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except as expressly described in the “Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items” section below.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.

No Change‑of‑Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect selection of product, flavor, size, or quantity

  • Failure to review product descriptions, instructions, or ingredients before purchasing

  • Failure to use, store, or consume products according to our guidelines

Please contact us with any questions before placing your order if you are unsure whether a product is right for you.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you believe a product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect compared to your order, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery as shown by the carrier’s tracking information.

When you contact us, please include:

  • Your order or confirmation number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue

  • A detailed description of the problem

After we review your claim, and at our sole discretion, we may:

  • Replace the affected item with the same or comparable product, or

  • Issue store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the affected item (excluding original shipping charges, fees, and taxes, unless otherwise required by law).

Cash refunds to the original payment method are generally not provided.

We may require that you retain the product and original packaging for inspection by us or the carrier, and in some cases we may ask you to return the item before a replacement or store credit is issued.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

  • If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel it and, if successful, process a refund to your original payment method.

  • If your order has already been packed, handed to a carrier, or otherwise processed for shipment, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be treated as a final sale under this policy.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and include your order or confirmation number.

Local Pickup Orders

For local pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order during the stated pickup window. If a pickup order is not collected within the specified hold period communicated in our Shipping Policy or at checkout, the order may be cancelled without refund.

We may make exceptions at our discretion if you contact us within the hold period to arrange an alternate pickup time.

Health, Safety, and Quality Considerations

Many of our products are consumable and/or perishable, and their quality depends on proper handling and storage. Once a product has left our control (for shipped or picked‑up orders), we cannot guarantee how it is stored, transported, or used.

Accordingly:

  • We do not accept returns of opened or partially used products.

  • We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery or pickup.

  • For container refills and similar services, we are not responsible for contamination or quality issues caused by customer‑supplied containers that have not been cleaned or sanitized by us, as further described in our Shipping Policy or other posted terms.
