A ruby-red berry brew built on blackberries, raspberries and blueberries, with lavender underneath and three kinds of citrus on top.
How It Tastes
Root Down opens dark and juicy. Blackberry leads, raspberry and blueberry fill in behind it, and the body is fuller than you would expect from a kombucha.
Then the lavender shows up, quiet and a little earthy, and the finish snaps bright with lemon, lime and yuzu. Rich up front, clean on the way out.
